I created this model to display the key variables that collectively contribute to the quality of your skin. I truly believe each factor is equally foundational and when this holistic approach is can start to understand your skin a bit more.



Practices which calm the mind and nurture the spirit. When we practice self-awareness through mindful processes which promote self reflection and contemplation we gain a foundation of integrity to put forth the discipline, commitment, and intention necessary for healthful, vibrant, resilient skin.


Some major lifestyle factors that directly affect the appearance and function of the skin: quality of sleep, consistency in exercise, stress management, sun exposure, smoking + alcohol consumption.


In order to maintain healthy skin, it’s crucial to eat a balanced diet and stay hydrated. It is important to note that food allergies and sensitivities can manifest themselves on your skin. Once you pay more attention to the foods you eat and how it affects your skin-you are golden.
